My closing arguments:
My opponent only speaks of intentions, he claims that BoP planned to stay in the region yet, immediately after the voting ended he left, that is the cold hard fact, the judicial system does not base its ruling on intention, they focus on the facts, and the facts are that the BoP left the region and did not come back, is this really what we want to consider a member state, someone who abandons the region and was only there to blindly follow another person. Not only did they abandon our great region, he were a convicted criminal who committed crimes against Nation States. We as a region cannot stand for our constitution to be taken advantage of by criminals and those who have no consideration for the repercussion of their actions. This region needs to have productive members who are well informed and active. The testimony of Migaza claims he was, yet he reported him and provided no evidence to back his claims and proved that it is well within the realm of possibility that the BoP could have been a criminal before. I have also been accused of being unorganized, I have been well organized the defendant has acted out of order multiple times, by interrupting during my turn to speak. Before I finish I would like the Judge to take into consideration the facts of this case because, my opponent only speaks of intentions.
