Utopia Now will be unbanned from The Illuminati Council.
Dubsui will remain in the region for the future, but due to suspicions will follow punishments 2 and 3.
Punishments:
1. Utopia Now will not address the matters of Kaleb, and only reference past events in the region to make points towards current events
2. Utopia Now will not call attention to Kaleb or speak to him, unless threatened or verbally attacked, in which case he can respond in defense.
3. Utopia Now will not gain membership, voting rights, and will never again hold government office
4. Utopia Now will remain in a state of exile, baring one day per week when he can come online and give thoughts per guidelines given.
5. Utopia Now will not be charged, for he is not in our jurisdiction
6. If Utopia Now is found to be verbally accusing a member state or going against any of what we have asked of him, he will be banned
7. If Utopia stays in the region longer than one day a week he can be banned.
In exchange, Utopia Now will provide information on the identity of a possible terrorist threat to the region.
This Settlement must withstand even if the RA or Chief Justice is changed, and must be documented in a dispatch.
