I don't think it can be a cabinet member.

You already have a Cabinet position. That would make you potentially biased towards the Chancellor's interest, since you're in his administration.

Look at it like this: The Director of the FBS is like a detective or police officer, they charge the people with crimes, they can't be the judge and jury too. That would make it an unfair trial Since when is the prosecutor the judge and the jury? Regardless, I'm more like the FBI, if anything.

You can still prosecute people, but it would be the Regional Attorney's job to represent The Illuminati Council in the legal case that you start.

Well i was a bit late on that post sorry, the problem is PKGK is that in the trial that took place, you were attacked by portview echo. It distracted the trial and was one of the reasons that a conviction of all nine states may not have been accused. We need someone seperated from the law enforcement process.

Hey, pacifist unions, is that Michael Kitchen? Wait, is the prosecutor the one who is the accuser or the one who decides the verdict and actually names the person guilty?

But at the same time you are perfectly able to represent yourself and your interests when it comes to sue people, that is correct, its just when someone is accused by the state of a crime, the RA will do the prosecuting As Well the Ra should be seperated from the cabinet to prevent futher biasness

If I'm a member of the government, and am suppose to be making the region more secure, I would be representing The Illuminati Council as a prosecutor. Even though I probably would have a slight bias for the Chancellor, good luck finding someone that doesn't have a bias in favor or against him.

Also yes, this is the Micheal Kitchen as the king from To play the King, the second season of the original house of cards trilogy. I thought he represented peter chambers ideas quite nicely, also this would be the person accusing the defendant ofthe crime, not the judge who administers the verdict.

About a detective during and after WWII
