My only worry will be that people will not vote just in general. So far only thirty of the current 60 in our region have participated in current political party poll, and some accounts I have noticed not being active since the election ended. Should we discount population, and only go with those who vote when we see majority? If they all unilaterally pass it, it will probably pass. And some of those states that haven't joined a party may just be independent or undecided and would still end up voting.

I should probably note, when it means simple majority to pass, it means out of the people who voted. I don't think all of the 60 nations would be active enough to pass these things efficiently, so I will not count them as abstentions. It's their right to represent their nation, and if they don't want to, so be it.

So the plan is tommorrow we move legislation to the grand senate at 745, poll closes at 745 the following night. Majority decides whether to pass the law.

I feel 745 is a bit late though, do we maybe want to push it forward to having the poll closes at 630? That way it has time to be discussed at the open forum.

So the poll starts at 6:30 and closes and 6:30 the following day?

That was my suggestion. It gives more time for the vote to be seen, and it leaves plenty of time to make a decision.
